The Coalition for Compassionate Care of California is bringing our advance care planning training program to Glendale and Sacramento.


Participants will learn how to:

  • Identify solutions for overcoming barriers to effective advance care planning conversations
  • Practice using multiple tools for engaging others in advance care planning conversations
  • Describe ways to effectively document wishes for end-of-life care
