Kimberly A. Bower, MD, HMDC, FAAHPM

Kimberly Bower is Medical Director of The Elizabeth Hospice Pediatric Program and an attending physician at Rady Children’s Health San Diego. With over 20 years of experience in palliative care across diverse settings, she has expertise in program development and payment models. She has served as faculty for the UCSD/Scripps Palliative Medicine Fellowship and authored multiple articles and book chapters. She is active in state and national advocacy and is a leader in the Children’s Hospice & Palliative Care Coalition of California. She has also serviced on key committees for AAHPM, IMI, HMDCB, and CCCC.
