Sandy Trieu is a board-certified hospice and palliative medicine physician. She has been a community hospice physician in San Jose, CA for 15 years. She also is a clinical associate professor of Palliative Medicine at Stanford Healthcare where she serves as the medical director of the Inpatient Hospice Program and the associate program director of the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program. Her clinical work focuses on outpatient palliative medicine and managing the transition from acute care to community-based hospice.
