Alexis Oberlander has over a decade of experience working in public education designing and leading programs across K–12 and higher education. She has held leadership roles at UCLA and the Marin County Office of Education, where she advanced equity-centered initiatives, strengthened student support systems, and built cross-sector partnerships. Now a senior program manager at By the Bay Health, she manages the Pathways to Care Careers initiative addressing workforce development through early education, training, and community alignment. She co-presented at the AGCA-UCAN Student Affairs Career Development Conference in 2015 and 2016 and led workshops on developing internship programs for potential placement sites.
