Aveline M. Belle, BSN, RN

Aveline Belle is a nurse manager with Kaiser Permanente Northern California leading a team of RNs to elicit and honor what matters most for patients with serious illness residing in nursing home settings. In her role, she facilitates development of standard work, clinical competencies, and systems related to advance care planning. She brings 41 years of clinical and leadership experience to coordinating patient-centered care and education for staff caring for complex medical conditions in skilled nursing facilities. She holds a California Certificate for Staff Development and has provided education for organizational leaders and care teams.
