David Cogswell is the Director of Business Design at The Holding Co., a design and innovation lab focused on improving access to quality caregiving. In his role, he uses human-centered design to build sustainable business strategies for caregiving organizations. Prior to The Holding Co., Mr. Cogswell launched design teams in Japan and India at Google, and led a portfolio of design work focused on amplifying frontline worker voice while at the global design firm IDEO. He also works as a hospice volunteer for two nonprofit hospice agencies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
