Jeanne Wun, a founding CACCC board member, served as board chair from 2009-2011. Currently, she oversees public relations with the English media. Prior to her retirement as the community engagement manager at Hospice of the Valley, San Jose, now Sutter Care at Home, Saratoga, she collaborated with community leaders, local journalist, healthcare professionals, and other partner organizations to host community life forums. Topics included: Planning for Your Future: Advance Care Planning Workshops; Demystifying Hospice and Palliative Care and Pre-planning Funeral Arrangements. Ms. Wun holds a BA in Sociology from San Jose State University.
