Jesse Madsen is the director of College and Career Readiness at the Marin County Office of Education (MCOE). He has over 20 years of experience as a public education teacher and administrator, mostly focusing on the development of career technical education (CTE) pathways and small learning communities in high schools. He holds a BA in History from Chico State University and an MBA from San Francisco State University.
