Kevin Malone is a health care attorney and policy leader with deep expertise in managed care, value-based care, and integrated delivery systems. As a Member at Epstein Becker Green, he advises health plans, provider organizations, and health care innovators on complex regulatory, transactional, and strategic matters across Medicare, Medicaid, behavioral health, and emerging care models.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Malone held senior policy roles at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), where he helped shape financing and delivery models for vulnerable populations and advance behavioral health integration. He is also an adjunct professor at The George Washington University Law School and a frequent speaker and author on health care law and policy, with particular expertise in value-based care, mental health parity, and serious illness care.
