Robertina Szolarova is chief administrative officer at By the Bay Health. She has over 25 years of experience in hospice and palliative care, serving in clinical leadership and quality management roles prior to her current position. She received her nursing degree from St. Joseph’s College of Nursing and her BSN from Upstate Medical University, both in Syracuse, New York, and her Master’s degree from UCSF’s Health Policy Nursing program. Ms. Szolarova oversees the Pathways to Care Careers program at By the Bay Health.
