Sandy Trieu is a board-certified hospice and palliative medicine physician who practices in both hospice and palliative medicine. She is a community hospice physician for ANX Hospice in San Jose, CA. She also is a Clinical Associate Professor of Palliative Medicine at Stanford Health Care where she serves as the Medical Director for the Stanford Inpatient Hospice Program and the Associate Program Director of the Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program, and practices in the outpatient palliative care clinic.
