Thalia DeWolf, RN, CHPN, BSN, PHN

Thalia DeWolf is a certified hospice and palliative care nurse based in Northern California with extensive experience in end‑of‑life and medical aid‑in‑dying care. She has provided bedside support to hundreds of aid‑in‑dying patients, all of whom were enrolled in hospice. Her frontline experiences have driven her to challenge restrictive policies and advocate for compassionate, patient‑centered care. She has delivered numerous presentations nationwide, including at last year’s CCCC Summit. As Director of Nurse Education and Hospice Outreach at the Academy of Aid‑in‑Dying Medicine, she spearheaded the online series “Overview of Aid‑in‑Dying Care: Seven Essential Courses” and educates clinicians and hospice teams across California.
