Marylou Rennie was drawn to medical scoial work as a result of many family members being in the medical field. After receiving her MSW from San Jose State, she worked for Kaiser Santa Clara hospital in the emergency department for 13 years before relocating to the Sacramento area where she became a hospice case manager. She worked in hospice for Kaiser Permanente for 11 years. She now works with YoloCares in hospice and palliative care and feels like she's finally found her niche.
