As Vice President of Waiver and Case Management Services at Libertana Home Health, Sima Semmel brings over 13 years of dedicated service and leadership to the organization. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for developing and expanding programs that support vulnerable populations. She was proud to launch Libertana’s pediatric palliative care program and later their Home and Community-Based Alternatives (HCBA) program, both of which continue to provide essential, compassionate care to families across California.
Based in Los Angeles, Ms. Semmel balances her professional responsibilities with her most cherished role—being a mother to five daughters and one son. She finds joy in spending time outdoors with her children and is deeply committed to fostering both family and community well-being.
