Organizational Membership

As an organization member of CCCC, your organization is part of the statewide collaborative community of individuals and organizations promoting high-quality, compassionate care for all Californians who are seriously ill or approaching the end of life.

CCCC organization members demonstrate the commitment of their entire organization to CCCC’s work. Organizational membership provides CCCC membership benefits to all staff members of the organization.

We invite any organization committed to high-quality, compassionate care to join. CCCC members represent the full continuum of care:

  • Healthcare systems
  • Long-term care providers
  • Hospices
  • Home health agencies
  • Emergency medical providers
  • Health plans
  • Nonprofits and associations
  • Consumer advocates
  • Foundations
