CCCC is pleased to offer a new category of membership designed for professional or trade associations, advocacy organizations, and entities developing products and services to enhance the care of those with serious or advanced illness and the people who care for them.
Why Become a Partner Member?
The Partner Membership affords you all the benefits of our regular organizational membership, with additional benefits and opportunities to get your work in front of the healthcare systems, facilities, and clinicians providing care. The Partner Membership offers opportunities throughout the year to connect with CCCC’s Organization and Individual Members, promote your product or service, and engage in meaningful projects related to improving serious illness care.
To be eligible for Partner Membership, the entity must be aligned with the mission, vision, and values of CCCC, subject to review and approval by the CCCC Board of Directors.
There are two Tiers of Partner Membership:
Tier 1: Partner Membership
Dues in addition to organizational membership dues (see base dues below) appropriate to the entity's operating budget:
Operating budgets less than or equal to $1 million: $500
Operating budgets greater than $1 million: $1,000
INCLUDES:
- Benefits of organizational membership (see below)
- Listing on CCCC Partner webpage with logo and direct link to entity's homepage
- Recognition as a CCCC Partner in CCCC’s monthly newsletter (about 4,000 circulation)
- One introductory “Feature” mention in the CCCC newsletter per year (partner provides copy, subject to CCCC editorial review)
- 15% discount on regular Annual Summit sponsorship opportunities
Tier 2: Strategic Partner Membership
Dues in addition to organizational membership dues (see base dues below) appropriate to the entity's operating budget:
Basic: $3,500
Enhanced: $5,000
INCLUDES everything in Partner Membership, plus:
- Priority placement on CCCC Partner webpage with logo, short description, and direct link to the entity's homepage
- Recognition as a CCCC Partner in CCCC's monthly newsletter with logo and link
- Recognition in CCCC Webinar slide decks with logo
- Opportunity to provide CCCC with two dedicated email messages per year about the entity's service or product to be sent to CCCC's mailing list (Partner provides copy and/or graphics, subject to CCCC editorial review)
- Opportunity to participate in select CCCC working groups, events, or roundtables (with conflict-of-interest disclosure)
ANNUAL SUMMIT SPONSORSHIP INCLUDED
- Basic: Bronze-level sponsorship at no additional cost
- Enhanced: Silver-level sponsorship at no additional cost
- PLUS: Short video describing or promoting your service or product linked from Summit webpage

Base organizational membership dues:
- Under $500,000: dues are $385.
- $500,000 to $999,999: dues are $550.
- $1 million to $4,999,999: dues are $1,100.
- $5 million to $9,999,999: dues are $1,650.
- $10 million to $5 billion: dues are $3,300.
- $5 billion to $20 billion: dues are $5,500.
- More than $20 billion: dues are $8,500.
