CCCC Sustaining Supporter Program

Demonstrating Deep, Sustaining Commitment to CCCC’s Work

CCCC is funded by a mix of program revenue (webinars, Annual Summit, online store products), contracts (with health systems or state agencies), foundation grants, philanthropic giving, and membership. Most of this revenue is restricted to support particular projects or initiatives or is consumed by the work required to produce the educational events or products, leaving much of our most crucial work – convening, leading, advocating, and effecting system change to benefit all payers, providers, and patients – unfunded. The contributions from Sustaining Supporters truly do sustain the organization, providing unrestricted operational capacity and flexibility to respond to the needs of the community.

Organizations who wish to support CCCC at a higher level to do this crucial work make a commitment to supporting CCCC at a Sustaining Support level. Sustaining Supporters enjoy more visibility and more engagement for their organizations.

CCCC Sustaining Supporters receive all member benefits for all staff. Sustaining Supporter organizations have CCCC benefits for twelve (12) months after payment.  In addition to member benefits provided to all CCCC individual and organization members, Sustaining Supporters receive greatly enhanced visibility and benefits.
