The Coalition for Compassionate Care of California continues to support the successful implementation of Senate Bill 1004 (palliative care for Medi-Cal enrollees) by working with partners like the California Health Care Foundation (CHCF) on projects that strengthen and promote cross-organizational collaboration in the implementation and delivery of palliative care services.  

Consistent with our mission to ensure provider communities have the information they need to increase access to and strengthen the provision of palliative care, we are excited to share news of CHCF’s recently launched  SB 1004 Resource Center, which is designed to assist Medi-Cal health plans and palliative care organizations to implement and improve access to palliative care.
